Street Soul Rockers // Year: 2010 A promotional flyer for Toronto party, Street Soul Rockers With a new year, also comes a new look. With famed Toronto party, Street Soul Rockers, relaunching in the first quarter of 2010, we were asked by Big Philly (Sole Purpose) and DJ Shai (Xixgon Int'l) to breathe new life into the visual aspect of their Hip-Hop/R&B/Rockers themed party. I've had this idea on the backburner for a while, just waiting for the right project to apply it to and there wasn't a better time to do it than with the new look of SSR. We chose to select an artist that would be easily associated with their respected genre - Jay-Z (Street), Keri Hilson (Soul), and none other than Bob Marley (Rockers), giving each of them their own alternate flyer. This worked in our favor, as each of the DJ's that would be playing that night also released free mixes to compliment the Street, Soul, and Rockers sets they would be playing throughout the night. — More info about Xixgon Int'l Sound |
